SHIPPING & HANDLING
Standard shipping is free for all orders.
Most orders are shipped via FedEX or UPS within 48 hours after you place your order. We currently only ship to US destinations through our website.
We accept the following forms of payment on our website:

We are required by law to collect sales tax.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that contains a tracking number and a link to track your package.
PRODUCTS LOST OR DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT
If you receive products that have been damaged during transit, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible so we can correct the situation.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Any product purchased at agenuineglow.com, received within the last 30 days and more than half full can be returned for refund or exchange. Please email email@example.com stating the product you would like to exchange or return and the reason why.
Shipping costs will not be refunded and Genuine Glow does not pay for return shipping.
PLEASE NOTE: Only products purchased at agenuineglow.com may be returned for refund or exchange. Products bought at other locations must be returned there.

No, never. All of your information is private and will never be shared.
Will you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within the United States, but if you are based internationally and interested in receiving products, please email us at email@example.com so shipping rates and terms can be established (if possible).
